The contract, valued at $17.7M, was awarded in March 2021, and Pearl was the only vendor to submit a quote for the RFQ. Under this award, Pearl will provide multi-tiered call center customer and lifecycle management services supporting the Provider Relief Fund. These services support qualified healthcare providers in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically for healthcare-related expenses or lost revenue due to COVID-19. This latest award adds to a very successful year for Pearl with several new federal and state government contact center engagements. Pearl went on to win another contract under the GSA Schedule, a $3M award with HHS. The company's success in obtaining and utilizing its GSA Schedule through the expert guidance of Pedro Rubio has proven to be a valuable asset in winning government contracts. In addition, Pearl's commitment to providing opportunities to a niche workforce and its reputation for consistently exceeding performance expectations has led to multiple successful contract awards and revenue growth.

Pedro has extensive background as a Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist, has worked across seven federal agencies, managing contracts totaling over $1 billion in the professional and tech sectors.
