What's a GSA mass mod and why does it matter?+
A mass modification is a contract change that GSA issues to all Schedule holders simultaneously — updating terms, clauses, or compliance requirements. Every contractor must formally accept within the deadline or face contract suspension. They arrive with little notice and require a formal eMod portal response. We watch for and handle every one.
Do I need this if I have no GSA sales?+
Yes — GSA requires quarterly FAS reporting even for zero-sales quarters. If you miss two consecutive quarterly reports, GSA can initiate contract cancellation proceedings regardless of your sales activity. Active compliance is required for all Schedule holders, not just active sellers.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — the subscription starts with a 12-month commitment at $299/month. After the initial 12 months, it automatically switches to month-to-month — no lock-in, no cancellation fees.
